Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

The Site itself does not require you to register an account, and does not collect your name, phone number, ID number or payment information. When you visit the Site, we collect the following anonymous technical data:

  • The URL of the page you visited, time spent on the page, and the referring page;
  • Your browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preference;
  • Your IP address (used only for coarse geographical statistics and not linked to your personal identity);
  • The "Book now" links you click (used to settle affiliate commissions).

This data is sent automatically by your browser and is used to improve the Site's content and layout.

2. Cookies and third-party scripts

The Site uses the following cookies and third-party scripts:

  • Necessary cookies: used to remember your language choice (zh / en / ja).
  • Analytics cookies: we may use tools such as Google Analytics or Plausible to count aggregate visits. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.
  • Klook promotional widget (klk-aff-widget): loaded on the home page and activity pages, served from affiliate.klook.com to display Klook recommendations. The widget makes requests to Klook's servers and may set cookies — see Klook's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Affiliate tracking: when you click a "Book now" button and are redirected to Klook, the URL contains parameters such as aid, aff_adid and aff_klick_id. Klook uses these to identify the visit as having come from this Site, so commissions can be settled.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This may affect some features (such as remembering your language) but will not stop you from browsing content normally.

3. How we use the data

The anonymous data we collect is used only to:

  • Understand which attractions readers care about most, so we can decide what to write next;
  • Detect and fix technical issues (404 errors, slow loading, etc.);
  • Settle affiliate commissions with Klook.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unrelated third parties.

4. Data retention

Access logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. Aggregate analytics data (no personal identifiers) is retained for 24 months.

5. Your rights

Under China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the EU's GDPR, Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • Ask whether the Site processes your personal information;
  • Request access to and a copy of your personal information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Withdraw any consent previously given.

Because the Site does not actively collect information that identifies you personally, most of these requests will not apply. If you have a specific question, please email contact@tickets.bj.cn.

6. Children's privacy

The Site is not designed for children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe we have done so by mistake, please let us know and we will delete it immediately.

7. Third-party sites

Once you click a link on this Site and are redirected to Klook or an attraction's official site, you are subject to that third party's privacy policy. The Site accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post an update on this page with a new date. We recommend checking back from time to time.
