tickets.bj.cn (the "Site") is an independently operated, publicly accessible travel information portal. Its content is intended to help travellers to Beijing and across China learn about attractions, plan their trip, and book tickets via our partner Klook Travel Technology Limited ("Klook").

The Site itself does not sell any tickets or services and does not collect any payment. Browsing the Site is entirely free.

2. Relationship with third parties

The Site is not the official website of the Palace Museum, Universal Studios Beijing, Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park Hong Kong, The Venetian Macao, or any other attraction, and it is not the official website of Klook. The Site has no affiliation, agency, franchise or joint-venture relationship with any of the above. All trademarks, names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for legitimate informational reference.

3. Affiliate marketing disclosure

The Site has an affiliate marketing relationship with Klook. When a user clicks any link on the Site (including but not limited to "Book now" buttons, the Klook promotional widget, and city or activity cards), is redirected to Klook, and completes a qualifying order, the Site may earn a commission. This does not increase your cost on Klook — you see exactly the same retail price you would see by visiting Klook directly.

All affiliate links are marked in HTML with rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", in line with Google's search-quality guidelines and applicable Chinese advertising-law requirements.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (primarily Klook and the official sites of individual attractions). The Site accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or terms of service of these third-party sites. Please assess your own risk and read each site's legal terms before visiting.

Original text, layout, logo and site structure on tickets.bj.cn belong to tickets.bj.cn and are protected by copyright law. Without written authorisation, no part of the Site's content may be used for commercial purposes by any means (including republishing, mirroring, automated scraping or AI training). Personal, non-commercial use and fair-use citation are permitted (please credit the source with a link).

Some images used on the Site come from public stock libraries (Unsplash, Pexels, Wikimedia Commons, etc.) or attractions' own publicity materials; copyright remains with the original creators. If you are the rights holder of an image and would like it removed or attributed, please email contact@tickets.bj.cn; we will respond within 7 business days.

7. User conduct

By using the Site, you agree:

  • Not to scrape Site content at high frequency using automated tools;
  • Not to use the Site to publish or distribute any content that violates Chinese law;
  • Not to use the Site for fraud, ticket-laundering or abuse of promotions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute should be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
