Operated by Sunac Tourism alongside Sunac Snow Park and Sunac Water Park inside the Guangzhou Sunac Mall complex. Opened in 2019, 360,000 m², 6 themed lands: Royal City, Lingnan Impressions, Future Tech City, Ocean World, Peach Blossom Village, Maya Adventure.
Its hook: "native Chinese cultural themes" — unlike Disney or Universal's Western IP, Lingnan Impressions recreates old Guangzhou street scenes, Royal City is a traditional Chinese castle, Peach Blossom Village evokes Jiangnan water towns.
