1. What it is
The Alpine Snow Park is the in-park ski annex at Window of the World, paired with the park's "Alps" zone. 3,000 sqm with one beginner slope (80 m), one kids' slope, and a snow play plaza.
Its positioning is very different from Huafa Snow Bonski: Huafa is the "serious" ski centre (5 slopes, longest 320 m, including a black diamond) for actual skiers; Window of the World is for "first taste of snow", families, and as an add-on to a regular WOW visit.
2. WOW vs Huafa Snow Bonski
| Item | WOW Snow Park | Huafa Snow Bonski |
|---|---|---|
| Size | 3,000 sqm | 60,000 sqm |
| Slopes | 1+1 (beginner + kids) | 5 (incl. black) |
| Longest run | 80 m | 320 m |
| Klook price | ¥88 (2 h) | ¥168 (4 h) |
| Best for | Beginners, families, snow play | Actually learning to ski |
| Location | Nanshan / Window of the World | Bao'an |
I recommend: first time on snow + already visiting WOW → pick this (the ¥248 combo covers ¥165 park entry + ¥88 ski); want to actually learn to ski → go to Huafa.
3. Ticket comparison
| Type | Includes | Face value | Klook |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 hours | Gear included | ¥108 | ¥88 |
| 4 hours | Gear + meal voucher | ¥168 | ¥138 |
| WOW + Snow Park | Two-park combo | ¥320 | ¥248 |

4. Gear rental
All passes include the gear set: ski jacket and pants, skis, helmet, gloves, goggles, ski boots. Glove stock is limited — bring your own if you have a pair. Allow about 20 minutes to gear up.
5. Best time to visit
- Tuesday/Wednesday morning: lightest crowds — practically your own slope.
- Avoid: weekend afternoons after 14:00 (busiest).
- Night session (after 19:00): fewer people + atmospheric lighting, but only 2 hours left.
6. Practical tips
- Bring: warm gloves, thermal base layers, a towel.
- Wear: long socks (boots will rub).
- Not allowed: outside food on the slope (locker rooms are fine).
- Height limit: 1.0 m+ to rent gear.
- Injury insurance: ¥30/day on site — recommended.
- Pair it: 2 hours of snow + 4 hours of WOW's 100+ replicas makes a full day.
